Join us in celebrating: the 40th anniversary of the Prince Albert Fund. A visionary initiative founded by the King Baudouin Foundation, the VBO-FEB, and the office of His Majesty King Albert II.
Since 1984, we have empowered over 550 Belgian high potentials and accelerated the internationalization of approximately 300 Belgian companies through a unique and selective opportunity to manage a 12-month business development outside of Western Europe.
Yet, our work is far from over. With exciting projects ahead, we’re committed to continue our mission of empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers in Belgium, Europe and Beyond.

This project has been a catalyst for young professionals worldwide, discovering their international leadership potential. Through this entrepreneurial international experience, more than 550 young professionals have launched successful careers in senior leadership positions as entrepreneurs or in international business. This is a testament to the Fund’s aim to cultivate the next generation of leaders and changemakers that will make a positive impact on society as a whole.
